Product details

Deck organiser for ropes up to 12 mm. Seawater-resistant aluminium, black anodised, aluminium wheels with plain bearing system, stainless steel bolts. Robust design. Wheel dimensions: 40 x 16 mm. Assembly screws not included. Hole spacing 50 mm for flat head screws with 6 mm diameter. Dimensions: 226 x 40 x 26 mm.

Cleaning and Maintenance of Blocks:

  • Rinse blocks regularly and thoroughly with warm fresh water to remove salt and dirt (carefully assist with a soft brush if necessary).
  • For heavier soiling: Soak the block in warm fresh water with a little dish soap and move the rollers (do not use harsh cleaners).
  • Avoid pressure washers, as water and dirt can be forced into the bearing.
  • Allow to dry thoroughly afterwards to prevent corrosion.
  • Lubricate only when necessary and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    • Note: Many modern bearings are maintenance-free or self-lubricating – improper lubrication can impair their function.
  • Disassemble only if explicitly instructed by the manufacturer, as not all blocks are designed for maintenance or disassembly.
