Product details

The RIB (RIB = Rigid Inflatable Boat) is the perfect combination between classic inflatables and fully rigid boats. The SEATEC PRO SPORT rigid inflatable boat is made from an inflatable tube body with multiple air chambers and a solid, double-layered GRP hull. This vessel allows you to combine the security, stability, light weight and ease of use of traditional inflatable boats with the dynamics, handling and comfort of fully rigid boats. The SEATEC PRO RIBs have exceptional handling characteristics due to their excellent weight distribution, optimized hulls and the large diameter of their tubular bodies.

When driving in rough water conditions, the specialized characteristics of SEATEC PRO SPORT RIBs guarantee a higher degree of safety and comfort on board. Their light weight enables both easy lowering into water, as well as amazing performance and an exhilarating driving experience.

Note regarding the material:
The SEATEC rigid inflatable boats are made of a special 5 layer PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material. The base consists of a poly fiber (polyester) fabric lining. The fabric is made of 1100 Decitex and is thus very sturdy. The fabric is lined on the interior and exterior with a so-called adhesive layer. This layer serves as a substrate for the equally double-sided PVC coating. Thanks to the PVC coating, the dinghy is airtight and sturdy. Only first-rate PVC material is used, which has specially been developed for the production of dinghies and has proven its durability for years. The material strength is approx. 0.7 mm and the boat's skin weighs about 850 g/m². The material is made in Germany. Max. tensile force is approx. 2500 N/ 5 cm.
