bow thruster Have the bow thruster installed in the 7 m boat, the power with 1.3 KW is fully ok. The quality at Quick is great so far. Unfortunately, there is only one installation instructions in English u. Italian, too bad! At SVB, the German manual is unfortunately only from the 30th version.

Product details

This bow thruster set, developed by one of the world's leading bow thruster manufacturers, is used on many boats where reliability and safety is required. With continuous quality control and uncompromising product development, Quick have created bow thrusters that boast the following:
  • Advanced drive technology
  • Lightweight composite propellers
  • Powerful electric motors
  • Gear streamlined fairing
  • Own production, assembly and quality control
  • Use of select materials

Features:

1 – Electric motors especially designed for use in bow thrusters. Provide a minimum of 3 minutes operation at the specified performance. Built-in overload / thermal protection.

2 – The relays are installed directly on the motor and are protected by a sturdy cover. In addition, all bow thrusters are equipped with a time delay to prevent the direction of rotation from changing too quickly.

3 – The underwater part / gear is made of marine grade bronze. The shape is hydrodynamically optimised and reduces any turbulence to a minimum.

4 – The propellers are made of high quality composite plastic and provide equal thrust in both directions.

IMPORTANT: This Quick bow thruster is sold as a set and consists of: 1x joystick panel, 12 m control cable and 1x bow thruster of your choice. A matching tunnel is available separately and not included.
