This SCANSTRUT Scanpod SPH-8-W helm pod is a universal helm mount for displays of up to 9" and enables the secure and watertight mounting of your device on pedestal rails with a diameter of 25 mm to 33.7 mm (0.98″ to 1.33″).

Secure & watertight installation:
Saddle system supports the stainless tubing enabling a secure and firm fit onto any pedestal and also ensures a watertight seal at cable entry.

No drill fixing:
Customised u-bolts fit around the rail and through the saddles into the back of the pod, so there's no time-consuming and awkward drilling of the stainless rail.

Hassle-free installation:
Fixings are mounted from the back to the front and cut their threads into injection-moulded ABS inserts designed into the pod front. This design enables quick and safe installation.

Increased protection:
The housing seal is made of high tear strength silicone, which has a very high resistance to heat and UV, so you know it won't deteriorate over time.

Supplied uncut:
The pod is supplied uncut. This allows you to customise the cut-out according to your own wishes.
