I had used the cable entry in glossy white, with harmonious curves on my last boat as a socket superstructure for a handheld radio. It looked aesthetic and elegant. The same should now be installed on my new ship. But contrary to the nice photos on the web and in the catalog, I get an ugly gray angular component sent to me. Completely awkward. Disappointing. From the motorhome accessories. Dear SVB, that doesn't work. Customers are alienated when the cost pressure is passed on to the customer at the expense of quality. I will ask for an exchange and keep looking at other dealers. Too bad.
