Excellent tender Excellent tender, light but really well built. The particular shape of the tubulars makes it glide without raising the bow in the slightest, a deep hull and great protection from splashes and waves. I was amazed by the stability and safety, and the comfort even for not exactly short rides. I have powered a Honda BF20, I recommend it because it is truly excellent. For 23 people to plan, 10hp is enough, I have 20hp but that's too much. I would buy it again with my eyes closed, excellent quality product better than many famous brands

Product details

Let the adventure begin! The sturdy inflatable boats in the SEATEC PRO ADVENTURE series feature aluminium flooring and high-quality, weather-resistant polyurethane coatings, making them ready for professional use in demanding conditions. The 2.40 m and 2.70 m versions boast a single-shell, V-shaped aluminium hull. All models feature 3 air chambers, recessed "Halkey Roberts" valves, circumferential rubbing strake, double-sided grip lines and are supplied with aluminum seat board and 2 sturdy, collapsible aluminium paddles. Note on the hose material: Made from special 5-layer PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The base is made of a synthetic fibre fabric reinforcement (polyester).

Sturdy little dinghy

Ive had this dinghy for about 3 months, using it to get to my mooring on the Thames where there can be a strong tide and quite a chop, the tubes are quite large in diameter which makes for a comfortable and dry ride, turns out to be a very stable boat, very good steerage and course keeping, surprisingly easy to row with one person, the floor is quite deep, also easy to tow as it sits quite high in the water when empty, a 3.5 HP short shaft 4 stroke Tohatsu on half throttle gets the dinghy planing with one person (85 kg) on board provided youve trimmed the outboard well and you sit forward a bit, difficult to retrofit launching wheels, Time will tell how long itll last...

How do you mount the fixing points to the forward end of the dinghy to use with the davits? In the past I have glued pad eyes to the inflatable ribs but I’d prefer a fixing point to the aluminium floor

I have short shaft and it seems to be appropriate. Pls share your 10 hp experiense, I have lightweight 2-stroke 6hp (makes 11 knots) which seems to be far too small in case of more than 1 adult on board and currently looking for more horsepower.

Paketti saapui, pakkauspahvit ei kymmentä kiloa enempää tehneet joten arvelisin ~80 kiloa olevan aikalailla todellinen paino. Kääntää maissa helposti yhden miehen voimin, kantamiseen olisi leveyden vuoksi hyvä olla kolme. Plaanaa hinauksessa kuuden solmun jälkeen kone perässä, tyhjänä kelluu ponttoonit ilmassa.
