Product details

This SE130T Side Power / Sleipner bow thruster set has been specially developed to optimise the manoeuvrability of yachts and workboats in maritime water sports. It is designed to make manoeuvring easier in narrow harbours and provides better control in challenging conditions such as strong winds or currents. With a thrust of 130 kg at 10.5 V and up to 160 kg at 12 V, this bow thruster is suitable for boats with a length of 13 to 19 metres.

The compact design of the SE130T allows it to be installed in a tunnel with a diameter of 250 mm, making it ideal for boats of this size. The 6.5 kW electric motor operates at a voltage of 12 V and ensures efficient performance with moderate energy consumption. Totalling 38 kg in weight, the system has little impact on the balance and performance of the boat.

An outstanding feature of the SE130T is the Intelligent Power Control (IPC) system, which increases reliability and safety by permanently monitoring the relay function and switching it off automatically in the event of malfunctions. The bow thruster also has a sealed gearbox with a durable mechanical seal, in which polished ceramic and carbon surfaces form the only moving sealing surfaces. This design ensures maximum reliability and durability.

The twin-propeller design of the SE130T ensures high efficiency and its compact shape allows easy integration into narrow boat bow areas. The 5-blade propellers with asymmetrical profile reduce the noise level during operation and enable a thrust gain of around 5 %.

For boat owners who value precise and safe manoeuvring, the SE130T Side Power / Sleipner bow thruster set is an excellent solution for optimising the control and handling of their boat in a wide range of maritime situations.

Very clean processed, easy to install

The BS is very well made, the instructions are good. We were amazed at the good effect, previously a 3 kw BA was installed in a 160 tunnel. The new one has at least the same effect at 2.4 kw in the 140 tunnel.
