Very good. This was a plug and play installation. I mostly solo sail and this is very useful for docking solo. I was concerned about the range of the remote as I mounted the unit under the berth in the aft cabin, the remote can work over 30m away from the boat. I have a bow and stern thruster fitted and are controlled by a unit on the pedestal which has two joysticks. I was able to plug into the existing loom below deck for the stern thrusters and I had to splice into the wiring for the bow thruster, but it was easily done. Very worthwhile installation.

Does not work well

This remote control is not working properly. Bow thruster is controlled, but stern thruster is not. Even after 2x another copy is still the same problem. It should be plug and play. Everything connected correctly. Looks like communication problem between sender and receiver. Resetting doesn't help either.

I'm in trouble because the purchased product does not work properly. I reset and paired the transmitter according to the description in the manual, but the pairing is not completed normally. Tell me if there is something to check.
