The new PPC520 power control unit for speed control of Side-Power PRO bow and stern thrusters.
Model PPC520 delivers up to 500A and can be used for 12V bow thrusters up to 3.1kW (e.g. SEP60/185S-12V) and 24V versions up to 6.5kW (e.g. SEP130/250T-24V)
The PPC520 power control unit has an internal memory to store historical fault codes as well as usage data, such as running time and number of times relays have engaged.

To upgrade a standard on/off thruster to a speed controlled thruster, you need a PPC Control unit and wiring loom upgrade:
