At first I was very skeptical about whether I can really process the UV-damaged paint. After two applications, the paint has shone again. I recommend to use the YACHTICON hull and gelcoat cleaner before. The result is convincing.

Product details

GRP Colour Restorer from Star Brite restores the original colour of faded GRP surfaces and removes traces of oxidation, limescale and bleaching. It protects the surface from future weathering and UV radiation without damaging the gelcoat. Ideal for coloured boats and GRP surfaces.

How to use:

Preparation: Wash the surface with Star Brite Boot Shampoo to remove dirt and deposits.
Apply the product: Shake the bottle and apply the product with a clean, dry cloth. Work in small sections in overlapping patterns.
Let dry: Allow the product to dry until it mists.
Polish: Polish with a clean cloth to maximise the shine.
Follow-up treatment: To optimally protect the restored surface, we recommend applying a Star brite Premium Marine Polish within seven days.

Note: As GRP surfaces are porous, additional oxidation may occur within 10-20 days, requiring repeated application.
