Temperature dosing works Boiling potatoes on a "low flame" works, not like with other induction plates where the temperature boost is always the same and only has interruptions, so the water always bubbles over. This plate really develops less heat in the low temperature range.

The control panel works very well, and I also find the removable control unit very convenient for campers since space is usually limited and it can be mounted elsewhere. It wasn't a problem during the camper inspection either, as the CE mark is engraved on the panel. All in all, excellent.
