Voucher not arrived.

Ordering a voucher was no problem. When you pay, you receive a PDF with the information that the voucher will be sent.
Despite receiving an email with the ticket number, nothing happened. When I asked by phone, I was told that the person responsible for vouchers was on vacation. The voucher would now be sent immediately.
To date, the voucher has not arrived in the mail.

unattractive and poorly designed

The ordered voucher still hadn't arrived within Bremen three days after payment, which is likely the fault of the postal service. Thankfully, they included a PDF file for me to print out myself. And it consists of two A4 pages, essentially black and white, with a strange logo that has absolutely nothing to do with SVB. I'm really disappointed that they're even charging for this!
