Product details

Tikalflex TSC is a one-component adhesive sealant specially designed to caulk and seal teak decks, which can be used without a primer. It reacts with air humidity to create a flexible mass, without air bubbles. It is non-corrosive, has excellent adhesion to teak wood, is UV-resistant and very durable against temperature fluctuations, salt water and various chemicals. Tikalflex TSC is easy to sand and cannot be painted over.

Properties
  • No primers or adhesion bonding agents needed
  • Permanently flexible - no shrinkage, no cracks, no drying out
  • Extremely long service life - black = 10 years warranty, grey = 6 years warranty
  • Very resistant to mould - permanent colouration
  • Easy to sand - results in a uniform surface
  • Quick drying - allows the deck to be walked on the next day
  • Non-recoatable - paint will not adhere to Tikalflex TSC
