Hello! With some technical understanding simple installation, only the assembly of the hose connections puts some expertise, how to assemble them (on the hose on to screws). Should be described for layman perhaps by SVB itself. But otherwise I am fully satisfied. Mfg H. Schmitt

Product details

Complete hydraulic control system for outboard motors with an output of up to 115 hp. The system comes complete with a control pump, hydraulic cylinder, 2 x 6 m high-pressure nylon hose and 2 litres of oil. The pump has a capacity of approximately 18 cc per wheel revolution. Together with the cylinder, this results in approx. 4.5 revolutions from port to starboard. Cylinder: 186 mm stroke, displacement: 81 cm³.

How can I determine if this complete hydraulic set is compatible with my tender and outboard motor? Currently, I have mechanical wire steering set up which I would like to upgrade to hydraulic.
