Product details

Vetus E-Line 6 kW Electric Inboard Motor

The most compact version of the E-Line family, with a maximum output of 6 kW and featuring Active Electronic Braking.

The E-Line 6KW series is suitable for boats up to 7 metres or 3 tonnes. Comparable to an 11 hp combustion engine, with a speed of 1350 rpm and a maximum torque of 45 Nm.

The E-LINE engine system is more powerful and accelerates faster than diesel engines, guaranteeing full control without the requirement of a gearbox and clutch. When reversing, the entire high-speed electric motor stops immediately and turns in the opposite direction. To enable fast reverse manoeuvres, VETUS has developed an Active Electronic Braking system for the E-LINE and E-POD e-drive systems. The electric motor´s strong torque is employed to swiftly and actively shift the direction of spin, allowing the boat to be stopped within one boat length if necessary.

Vetus E-LINE Control Panel

The E-Line control panel is an all-in-one solution for your electric drive motor. The key switch panel is a V-CAN power supply, external 12V power supply and anti-theft device in one.

The E-Line monitoring panel is equipped with the most important control and warning lights to monitor your E-Drive: state of charge, battery capacity, overheating warning, overload, power mode, performance mode.
