These boom brakes are popular worldwide! Their high-quality design offers almost 100% protection against accidental jibes. The boom brake provides automatic boom control under all conditions. The solid construction is maintenance free and adapts to nearly every boom profile.

Available in three different sizes:

Type 103: 8 mm rope, for boats: 6-9 m, for mainsails: up to 18 m²
Type 203: 8 mm rope, for boats: 9-12 m, for mainsails: up to 40 m²
Type 403: 14 mm rope, for boats: 12-16 m, for mainsails: up to 60 m²

Note
Due to the high forces involved, we recommend using Dyneema rope.
