WATER GLIDE Antifouling

Antifouling with PTFE and copper components. This thin film antifouling provides an ultra smooth surface which provides very low frictional resistance on the hull, making it is particularly suitable for racing boats. Very well suited for inland waters as well as on the North and Baltic Seas. Not for aluminum boats. Steel boats have to be primed with a 2-component primer (at least 0.35 mm). WATER GLIDE is delivered ready to use. It contains metallic copper powder. Quick-drying, so that your vessel can be lowered into the water after about 5 to 6 hours. The final color of the painting is reached after some time in the water. Also applicable on VC 17m. Coverage: about 9 m²/750 ml. Thinner 808.

NOTE: Prime steel base with min. 5 to 6 coats, GRP and wood surfaces with min. 1 to 2 coats of HEMPEL LIGHT PRIMER.
