the item says in the description "hose connections 19mm or 25mm" - does it come with both in the package or you have to choose beforehand? (dont see an option to choose)

Hello Raz, the hose connection is for both: the beginning and smooth/smaller side is for 19 mm. The end and ridged for 25 mm (see picture eight / last one). Yours SVB-team.
