Habe vor mindestens fünf Jahren meine innenliegende Dachrinne und Ortgangverwahrung - beides aus verzinktem Eisenblech - am Haus mit ZINGA gestrichen (damals hieß das Produkt noch "AGESO Kaltzink"). Die Bleche waren seinerzeit schon deutlich angerostet und wurden 2x beschichtet - kein weiterer Deckanstrich. Bis heute ist an den behandelten Flächen kein Rost zu sehen! Ein phantastisches Korrosionsschutzprodukt: leicht zu verarbeiten, schnell trocknend, dauerhaft! Allerdings mechanisch nicht so widerstandsfähig wie eine Feuerverzinkung, aber für Reparaturen / Ausbesserungen an eingebauten Teilen hervorragend. - Dipl.-Ing. Erik Beutinger -

gut zu verarbeiten und selbst eine Schicht bietet schon guten Korrosionsschicht. In Verbindung mit min 4 Lagen weiterem guten 1K Primer bietet Zinga eine gute Basis für einen 1K Farbaufbau. Laut Zinga soll man die meisten 2K Epoxy-Systeme auch auf Zinga aufbringen können, das habe ich aber nicht getestet.

Etwas besseres gibt es auf dem Markt nicht! Ich besitze ein altes Stahlschiff, alles was selbst am Unterwasserschiff mit Zinga grundiert wurde, hält. An Stellen ohne Zinga, welches ich schon verwende als es noch AGESO hieß, blättert der Anstrich schon mal ab. Rost gibt es seit ZINGA/AGESO bei mir nicht mehr.

Product details

Iron has the property of corroding once exposed to air and moisture. The consequence is a weakening of the structure and an unattractive appearance. ZINGA® Zinc Film is a one-component organic zinc coating, free of benzene and other carcinogenic materials and completely non-toxic when dry. With at least 96% of zinc (when dry), ZINGA® guarantees long-lasting cathodic corrosion protection. ZINGA® is a liquid form of galvanization, but does not behave like a paint system: no chipping, cracking, rusting, etc. The product combines two corrosion protection principles: active cathodic protection (comparable to hot-dip galvanizing) and passive barrier: protection through zinc oxides and binding system (processing like paint).

ZINGA® is permanently flexible and adapts to temperature-related changes in the substrate. Corrosion due to mechanical damage of the surface is thus prevented. Not suitable for aluminum.
