At least five years ago, I painted my internal gutter and verge flashing - both made of galvanized iron sheet - on the house with ZINGA (at the time the product was still called "AGESO cold zinc"). The sheets were already clearly rusty at the time and were coated twice - no further top coat. To this day, there is no rust to be seen on the treated surfaces! A fantastic corrosion protection product: easy to use, quick-drying, durable! Not as mechanically resistant as hot-dip galvanizing, but excellent for repairs / improvements to installed parts. - Dipl.-Ing. Erik Beutinger -

easy to work with and even one layer provides a good corrosion layer. In conjunction with at least 4 layers of other good 1K primer, Zinga offers a good basis for a 1K color build-up. According to Zinga, you should be able to apply most 2K epoxy systems to Zinga, but I haven't tested that.

There is nothing better on the market! I own an old steel boat, and everything that has been primed with Zinga, even on the underwater hull, holds. In places where there is no Zinga, which I have been using since it was still called AGESO, the paint starts to flake off. I have not had any rust since I started using ZINGA/AGESO.
