Description
The Elan 310 is a 9.55 metre long sailing yacht with a wide stern, chines in the stern and twin rudder system as a core feature of the Humphreys design. It is propelled by sails and supported by an inboard engine as an auxiliary motor for harbour manoeuvres. The boat was built with a fixed T-keel and is also available with a lifting keel, depending on the version, which means that different draughts are possible. The cockpit is open-plan and designed for active sailing with a small crew. Below deck, the Elan 310 has a forward berth and an aft cabin on the port side. There is a very large forecastle on the starboard side. There are also two additional berths in the saloon, meaning that up to six people can sleep overnight. The galley, navigation table and wet room are permanently integrated. Compared to the Elan 295, the Elan 310 offers a more modern hull concept with chines and twin rudders. The Elan 310 is therefore aimed at sporty cruising sailors with a focus on performance.
