Description

The Hanse 470e is a sailing yacht from HanseYachts AG with a length of 14.31 metres and a width of 4.46 metres and is based on the Hanse 470. The suffix "e" stands for the production as a sandwich construction using vacuum infusion with epoxy resin. This makes the structure stiffer and reduces the weight compared to a standard GRP version. Features include the 9/10 rig, twin wheel steering and a clear line guide with easily accessible winches. The cockpit is wide, with separate working and seating areas. Below deck there is a saloon, several cabin layouts and an L-shaped galley. In terms of draught, variants with a deeper or shallower keel were available. Compared to the Hanse 470, the main difference lies in the design, while the hull dimensions and layout remain basically the same. The Hanse 470ecan therefore be categorised as a construction variant of the Hanse 470.
