Description
The Hanse 548 is a 16.22 metre long and 5.05 metre wide sailing yacht from HanseYachts AG based on a design by Judel/Vrolijk. The hull length is 15.75 metres. The construction consists of a GRP sandwich with a vinylester barrier in the first layer. The Easy Sailing concept leads halyards and reefs up to the double helm stations, and a self-tacking jib is part of the system. The fixed GRP T-top above the cockpit, large hull windows and an automatically lowerable bathing platform are characteristic features. In contrast to the Hanse 575 and Hanse 588, the dinghy garage is usually designed as a transverse garage or for smaller soft dinghies. Below deck, there is a choice of several layouts with different cabin and heads compartment variants. The Silent Master concept acoustically decouples the owner's cabin. Compared to the larger Hanse 588, the Hanse 548 offers less length and volume, but remains closely related in terms of deck layout and layout options.
