Description
The Malö 40H is a 9.55 metre cruising sailboat with a centre cockpit. The GRP hull is designed for seaworthiness and longer cruises and has a fixed keel and a protected cockpit. Below deck, the boat has a saloon with galley, navigation table and separate cabins fore and aft. The room layout is functional and designed for longer stays on board. The interior is characterised by fixed storage spaces and a classic interior design. Typical of the H version is a sheltered companionway area with a fixed superstructure, which offers additional protection in bad weather. The cockpit has benches with integrated storage space. Compared to the Malö 34 or the standard Malö 40, the 40H offers a more compact format with an adapted stern and skeg rudder for stable course keeping. The Malö 40H is aimed at sailors looking for a seaworthy boat for longer journeys.
