Very robust cruising boat Five hundred Prout Snowgoose boats were built, and 100 are still sailing worldwide today. These boats were produced in England using the finest materials. The hull thickness at the bottom was approximately 6 cm of fiberglass, allowing them to be beached daily. Such boats are no longer built today due to cost.
