Description
The Malö 116 is an 11.6 metre long, seaworthy cruising yacht with a closed deckhouse. The hull is designed for displacement cruising and has a full-length cockpit with a protected steering position. The deckhouse offers solid weather protection and good all-round visibility from the inside steering position. Below deck, the boat has an owner's cabin forward, an aft cabin and a saloon with seating area and navigation table. A galley with cooker, sink and storage space as well as a separate wet room are integrated. The layout is designed for longer stays on board and allows separate use of the living and steering areas. It is characterised by its solid construction, high freeboard and safe running decks. Compared to the smaller Malö 106, the 116 offers more living space, larger tanks and a greater range. The Malö 116 is aimed at crews looking for a cruising yacht for longer trips and changing weather conditions.
