Description
The Bayliner 1702 Capri LS is a 5.19 metre long, compact sports boat with a closed foredeck and cuddy cabin. The GRP hull is designed as a planing hull and has a full-length windscreen with a folding centre section that provides access to the enclosed foredeck. A small slip cabin with a V-shaped berth is located under the foredeck, which can be used as storage space or for short breaks. The cockpit is usually equipped with two fold-down back-to-back seats in the front area, which can be folded out into sunbathing areas. At the rear, there is a full-length bench seat with storage space underneath. Additional compartments for lines, fenders and equipment are available under the seats. The model was often supplied with a Force outboard motor. Compared to the open 1700 Capri Bowrider, the 1702 Capri LS offers less seating in the bow, but protected storage space and a small sunbathing area below deck. The Bayliner 1702 Capri LS is aimed at users who are looking for a compact leisure boat for day trips with additional storage space or short overnight accommodation.
