Description
The JEANNEAU Brin de Folie is a compact, seaworthy sailing yacht from the late 1970s and is one of the defining models of the early Jeanneau cruising series. At around 9 metres in length, she offers significantly more comfort than the smaller Fantasia models, but remains manageable and easy to sail. The spacious cockpit, clear rigging and moderate draught make her ideal for beginners and experienced coastal sailors alike. Below deck, she offers a surprising amount of space, a functional galley and room for up to four people. The Jeanneau Brin de Folie stands for easy maintenance, proven technology and honest sailing characteristics - a classic for sailors who appreciate solid construction and clear lines.

touch of madness Good living space for its size, plenty of storage, very functional interior. A good performer upwind, especially in light to medium winds, the boat is less forgiving in waves and becomes prone to rolling downwind under spinnaker from 15 knots. Undeniable build quality, a solid boat still in very good condition for its nearly 50 years!
