Description
The Dehler 36 is a 10.8 metre cruiser-racer yacht that was built from 1986 to 1994 and is known for its fast but good-natured sailing. The slim hull with fin keel and spade rudder gives a lot of control on the wind and a direct steering feel, even when it freshens up. Top features are the good acceleration, clean height, a cockpit with clear work paths and an interior that makes weekend cruises with the family realistic. The balance between sport and comfort as well as the solid GRP construction, which still looks stiff even after years, are popular. Compared to the Dehler 35 CWS, the Dehler 36 is noticeably larger and smoother, while the 35 CWS with its cockpit operating system favours minimal crew. The Dehler 36 therefore remains a sought-after classic for sailors looking for fast sailing characteristics and solid long-term quality.
