Description
The Dufour 12000 CT from Dufour Yachts s.a. is a centre cockpit model built between 1974 and 1981 in heavy GRP construction with a length of 13.65 m, a width of 3.98 m and a draught of 1.90 m, whose displacement of around 12000 kg ensures pronounced course stability and smooth movement behaviour in waves. The central cockpit is deep and sheltered and enables a safe steering position even on longer sea passages, while reaching around 8 kn under engine. The interior layout, designed for cruising, offers 3 cabins and 2 heads and supports a clear separation of the living areas through the cockpit position. The design of this series stands for structural solidity and long-distance cruising capability. Compared to the Dufour 12000 with aft cockpit, the Dufour 12000 CT from Dufour Yachts s.a. offers a more protected working and steering area with a different layout below deck.
