Description
The Dufour 385 Grand'Large, built between 2000 and 2013, combines comfort, functionality and good sailing characteristics. With up to 74 m² of sail area, she sails efficiently and relaxed. The cockpit is clearly laid out, the deck layout is practical and the interior is comfortable, making longer coastal or ocean cruises a pleasure. The yacht has 3 cabins with a total of 6 berths as well as an additional berth in the saloon; a maximum of 7 people can sleep comfortably. Two heads provide additional comfort. At 11.72 metres long and 3.93 metres wide, the hull shape offers good-natured handling and solid construction. Under engine power the yacht reaches 6-7 knots, under sail 5-6 knots on the wind and over 8 knots on rough courses. Compared to the Dufour 360 Grand'Large, the Dufour 385 Grand'Large offers more space and comfort for longer cruises.

Dufour 385 GrandLarge We sail as a couple in the northern Adriatic. We bought our Dufour 385 Grand'Large used and keep it in good working order. We place particular emphasis on all equipment related to safe sailing, so we can handle strong winds like the Bora and Jugo. The Dufour 385 Grand'Large sails surprisingly fast upwind, is very directionally stable when properly trimmed, and is simply a lot of fun. All lines are led to the cockpit, so we have everything within easy reach for all maneuvers.
