Description
The Dufour 40 E Performance is a sporty sailing boat from the shipyard Dufour Yachts s.a. and was built from 2007 to 2019. It measures 12.35 metres in length, 3.89 metres in width and has a draught of around 2.10 metres. The Dufour 40 E Performance is aimed at ambitious sailors who value performance and control. With a sail area downwind of around 91 m², consisting of a mainsail of approx. 46.5 m² and a 140 % genoa of approx. 44.5 m², she has powerful sailing characteristics. She is powered by Volvo Penta. There are two layouts in the interior. The 3-cabin version offers space for up to six people, while the 2-cabin owner's version impresses with a spacious bow cabin, more storage space in the stern and one or two heads compartments. Compared to the Dufour 40 Grand Large, the performance version is lighter, more direct at the helm and has a clearly sportier design.
