Description
The Dufour 460 Grand'Large, built between 2012 and 2022, combines comfort, high-quality workmanship and excellent sailing characteristics. With a length of 14.15 metres, a beam of 4.50 metres and a draught of 2.20 metres, the yacht offers good-natured handling and a solid construction that provides safety even in changing wind conditions. The practical deck layout, clearly organised cockpit and comfortable interior ensure that longer coastal or offshore cruises are a pleasure. The standard owner's version comprises three cabins with a total of two to three heads, allowing comfortable overnight stays for crew or family. Under engine power, the yacht reaches around 6.5-7 knots as an economical cruising speed, with a top speed of 8.5-8.7 knots. Under sail, she is considered agile and well balanced, often sailing at wind speed in light winds, 7-8 knots downwind in moderate to strong winds and 9-10 knots on rough courses with a gennaker or code zero.
