Description
The Hallberg-Rassy 39 is a sailing yacht from the Swedish shipyard Hallberg-Rassy with a length of 12.22 metres. It belongs to the centre cockpit series and offers a raised, protected helm position and an internal passageway to the aft cabin. For the underwater hull, there is a choice between a standard fin keel and a Scheel keel, which offers comparable stability with a shallower draught. The steering gear usually works with a partial skeg, which places the Hallberg-Rassy 39 in the classic Hallberg-Rassy line. Below deck, the Hallberg-Rassy 39 offers a saloon, a galley on the companionway, a separate wet room and a large aft cabin. Compared to the Hallberg-Rassy 36, the Hallberg-Rassy 39 is more conservative in its rudder and underwater hull concept. This makes the Hallberg-Rassy 39 suitable for cruises where a protected centre cockpit and an enclosed aft cabin with internal access are paramount.
