Description
The Hanse 455 is a sailing yacht from HanseYachts AG with a length of 13.95 metres and belongs to a newer design generation of the shipyard. Features include the self-tacking jib, twin wheel steering and the 9/10 rig, designed for short distances and manoeuvres with a small crew. The hull is wide and the stern is open. This creates separate working and seating areas and free passageways in the cockpit. The lighting concept utilises large glass surfaces in the superstructure as well as hull windows and skylights, allowing more daylight into the interior and cabins. Below deck, there is a living area with an L-shaped galley and storage space for provisions and equipment. There are two draught variants to choose from: the standard keel with 2.25 metres or the flat keel with 1.82 metres. Compared to the Hanse 445, the Hanse 455 is the successor model with a redesigned hull, a higher proportion of glass and an updated interior. The Hanse 455 is thus designed for clear deck organisation and different areas.
