Description
The Hanse 461 is a sailing yacht from HanseYachts AG with a length of 14.2 metres and belongs to an earlier Hanse generation with slender lines. Features include the 9/10 rig, twin wheel steering and a deck organisation with easily accessible winches and clear line paths. The Hanse 461 is manufactured as standard in sandwich construction and laminated with epoxy resin using vacuum infusion. Below deck, the layout is characterised by a large longitudinal galley opposite the seating area. There is also a living area, several cabin options and storage space for provisions and equipment. In terms of draught, there was a choice of variants with a deeper or shallower keel. Compared to the Hanse 460, there is a clear generation change, as the Hanse 460, as a later new design, has a different hull concept as well as more width and freeboard. The Hanse 461 is suitable for longer cruises where a structured on-board layout and short distances to work areas on deck are important.
