Description
The Malö 43 is a 13.04 metre ocean-going sailing yacht with a centre cockpit and an all-weather cockpit. The hull is based on the Malö 42 and has been further developed with a more modern stern design and optimised lines. It is characterised by the integrated classic stern with bathing platform, which determines the overall length. Below deck, the boat offers an owner's cabin in the stern, a forward cabin and a saloon with a central table and navigation station. The galley is usually arranged in an L or U shape and positioned in such a way that safe working is possible even when the boat is heeling. The interior is designed for long journeys throughout and offers plenty of storage space and easily accessible technology. The cockpit is protected behind a fixed windscreen and a Targa bow and can be largely closed with a tarpaulin. Compared to the Malö 42, the 43 offers a more modern stern and an optimised room layout with a similar concept. The Malö 43 is aimed at sailors looking for a cruising yacht for longer ocean voyages and self-sufficient living on board.
