Good ship with a humility hole The Smelne is a beautifully designed boat with standing headroom in the saloon and galley. Unfortunately, this isn't the case for the head and aft sleeping compartment. You have to duck your head and show some humility, otherwise you'll get a headache. However, the head itself is very spacious. At home, she's perfectly at home in the quiet canals of France and Germany.
