Absolute rubbish
We use it as the end block on our Furlex. The block didn't even last a season; the roller is practically melting away. And that's with little load. I'm glad it didn't cut the safety line when I reefed. It's now been replaced with a semi-gimbal block. We'll see if that lasts longer. Definitely junk, and I wouldn't buy it again, and for that price, Selden is a total disgrace.

Ein Hinweis zur Bewertung bzw. zum Einsatz dieses Artikels:
Es handelt sich um einen Führungsblock für die Montage an der Relingsstütze und nicht um einen Umlenkblock. Der Block ist vom Hersteller dafür ausgelegt, dass die Reffleine der Rollfreffanlage entlang der Relingsstützen geführt wird und nicht störend quer über das Vor- bzw. Laufdeck verläuft.
Für den Einsatz als Endblock, der zur Umlenkung der Reffleine in spitzerem Winkel zu einer Klemme oder einem Fallenstopper dient, ist dieser Führungsblock nicht vorgeshehen. Dort muss ein richtiger Umlenkblock mit höherer Arbeitslast eingesetzt werden.
