Does not mount on balcony
Contrary to what is indicated, this support can not, as it is delivered, be mounted on balcony. Indeed, it is delivered with 4 fixings tubecloison. For a tubetube mounting (fixing of the tubes of the support on the tubes of the balcony) 2 fixings are required for each point, that is to say 8 in all. In addition, the installation instructions do not correspond to the product (different fixings). The holder itself is stable and solid but it had to be adapted for the 4-person rescue parachute. The insertion elements had to be shortened 5cm - fortunately we have an iron saw on board. The mounting kit was described differently as in the installation instructions and quite unusable. The described stainless steel clamps were replaced by plastic parts. Why do you need knurled nuts in which hexagon bolts are screwed? The securing belt had to be shortened is ok - after all, it is a universal holder. However, a satisfactory holding of the rescue island has been achieved with adaptations by means of on-board equipment.
