Shroud and Wire Cutters, Small

I've bought the smaller version of the cutter.

In the cattalogue it is advertised as
"Wanten- & Drahtseilschere" up to 6mm.
In turn, on the packing, there is information that it is suitable for wires up to 6 mm, but only for "mild steel strand".
For other kinds of wires, the maximum cutting thickness
is only 4 mm or even 2 mm.
Unfortunately such information is not available
at the SVB shopping web page.
I am afraid "Wanten" are usually not made of
"mild steel strand" wire.

I think the information in the cattalogue is misleading.
After receiving the cutter, I have sent a question to SVB,
but it was never answered.

Anmerk. SVB:

Die kleine Drahtschere C7 schneidet "problemlos" 6mm Nirodrähte 1x19 / 7x19. Wir haben diese Drahtscheren bei uns in der Werkstatt im täglichen Einsatz.

Auszug Anleitung:

Draht-ø 6mm --> Stahldraht, verzinkt, Kabel mit Stahlseele
Draht-ø 5mm --> Harte Stahldrähte, Festigkeit 160kg/mm² - entspricht Nirodraht 1.4401
Draht-ø 4mm --> Federstahl, Festigkeit 190kg/mm²
Draht-ø 3mm --> sehr harter Stahl, Festigkeit 210kg/mm²

Bei 5-6mm Drahtdurchmesser muss man(n) schon richtig drücken. Die Scheren/Messer nehmen jedoch keinen Schaden.
