Serves its purpose
You can't hang heavy things then, because the whole thing bends. But can easily be bent back again. The price is steep for what is offered. Still, I don't want to do without it anymore. Use the hangers to hold the fender in the locker position. So they don't hang on there with all their weight, they wouldn't hold up at all.
