I had mounted the filter housing in 2022 with the holder offered. Now I have noticed that the internal thread into which the filter glass is screwed has broken off completely from the blue cover. Probably a fatigue fracture caused by vibrations.

Poor product, leaked on first installation
I bought this to replace an old housing that leaked everytime I changed the cartridge, I shouldn't have bothered, the new one leaked even more, I nhad to strip gaskets of the old housing to get it to work.

I want to filter water when we are refilling our water tanks to take out sediment and impurities before the water gets to the tanks. The water pressure would be what ever the hose delivers. Would this system work for this?
