Series 34 LED lights - attractve in design and with state-of-the art technology. These lights are completely maintenance-free, seawater resistant and UV-protected. Very low energy consumption, extremely long battery life. Set consists of one starboard, one portside and one stern light.

Housing: Polycarbonate, seawater resistant, UV-protected, non-corrosive, non-magnetic, shock and impact resistant.

Mounting: Pre-wired with 200mm cable, 2 x 0.33 mm2 / AWG 22, two-hole mounting. Compatible with Series 32 in terms of installation and connection.

Electric: Suitable for 12/24 Volts, inverse polarity protection, LED(s) included.

Application: Designed for pleasure boats and yachts up to 50 m length.

Clever design

Easy to mount. Light sources are a single-point LEDs (tricolor) so performance is badly affected by even small obstructions (like windvanes) near the lens. Removable light unit is a good idea but also the unit \ 's weakness. The connection to the base is via 4 pins. After two seasons electrical connection has become unreliable.

compared to similar products, the price is right. The compactness is great, the luminosity is very high. However, it would be nice if the connections were directly on the device and to be sealed watertight. So you have to think about something for a 50 cm long cable.

Why should Aquamarine also think about the customer?

1. Installation Why should AquaMarine ensure that AquaMarine customers can use the old holes? It would be better to switch from portrait to landscape format so that the customer has a hard time. 2nd bbstb. The board in the lamp shimmers green. At all. Also to port. Why tell the customer which lamp bb which stb is? Honestly, one has to say that a clue has been hidden under point 7 of the manual. As a result, there is a barely legible arrow on the case. He should point to the front. With some back and forth you can then assign the pages. Why easy, even if it can be complicated? 3. "To remove the case, please use an Allen key". Please what? 4. The cable is as specified 1m40. As stated, but too short. Too bad, where it is really a cent article. We have been satisfied with Aquamarine lamps for 20 years and thought it would be wise to stay with the brand. Given the list above, we would have preferred to go to Hella.

total failure

After 50 hours of operation, the port lantern flashed that the max. 50,000 hours of operation has been reached and the lamp needs to be replaced. The whole thing naturally happened at night between Sicily and Sardinia in rough seas. It's already a certificate of poverty !!
