The exchange is simply relieve the clamp, pry off the snap ring, push out the axle carefully, take out the broken lever residue (it is easier if you loosen the screw that holds the terminal housing together a little), insert a new lever and push the axle back in, reinsert the snap ring. Tools required 2mm screwdriver, tweezers, small flat-nose pliers. Since the snap ring can easily go overboard, you should have spare parts in stock, especially if you do the work in the water. You have to take care of the axle, because there is no solo.
