I installed this pump as a replacement for my 13-year-old Par Max 2.9. The mounting points are slightly different compared to the old pump; otherwise, just screw it in, connect it, and you're done.

It's a bit quieter than the old pump. I'll now install a reservoir as recommended.

Hello, I need to replace my 40+ year old pump and have troubles figuring out if I should go for the 1.7 or 2.8 bar version. It's 30 ft boat with one outlet in the galley and one in the heads. Water tank is around 250L, right under the floor boards. No calorifier and hot water circuit at this point though I might install one in the future. What else should I take into consideration when choosing the pump's pressure? Thank you for your help.
