Worth the price! Expensive, but works brilliantly! Previously used on a boat with about 5.2 liters and on a car with 6.5 liters. Very quick suction with relatively few pump strokes, assuming the oil is warm. Very satisfied!

Product details

Universal, easy-to-use suction pump for oil, water and similar liquids. Move the handle up and down and in a few strokes a vacuum is created that sucks the liquid into the collection container. An integrated overflow valve ensures that the pump switches off automatically and not too much liquid is pumped out. Featuring a transparent design, the fill level inside the collection container can be viewed at any time. With retractable foot bar at the bottom of the pump for stability during pumping. Hoses can be stored in the holder, which is attached to the side of the collection container. Includes cap and three tubes. Volume: 10.5 litres. Dimensions: (WxH): 220 x 590 mm. Weight: 3.35 kg.

Suction pump 2.7 liters

Works well, but needs to be drained occasionally for larger amounts of oil, which is possible without mess. The pump shuts off automatically when the maximum fill level is reached.
Works perfectly on cars, too.

Worked as intended right away! The molded pouring spout is very helpful.
A volume scale on the oil container would be helpful to determine the amount of oil pumped out.
Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.

Does what it should

It sucked the oil out through the dipstick opening efficiently, simply, and cleanly. After a few pumping cycles, the used oil was clearly visible through the hose and landed directly in the pump. Once it was full, I was able to empty the container using a special device at the marina and sucked out a little more. There are two hoses available with different diameters; the thinner one was perfect for us. Everything was perfect; I would buy it again.
