Advantages Good value for money, good fit, warm, waterproof so far, non-slip soles, good workmanship tend to take the shoe half to one shoe size larger (for the 2nd pair of socks)

Overall, successful sailing boots I'm very happy with the boots. I previously wore rubber boots, but taking them off after a long day felt quite liberating, so I needed new boots. These are comfortable to wear; you can move freely in them (they don't restrict your foot bending as much), even all day long. The only drawback is the black sole. I haven't noticed whether the boots rub against the deck yet, but they certainly do under a lot of pressure. I don't think that's possible with black rubber. I don't understand the manufacturer's decision.
