It's robust, buoyant and waterproof to IPX7 (JIS7), so you'll never lose your VHF radio if dropped overboard. Select from a variety of power modes for short and long range communication. Access the latest weather information via 10 NOAA channels. Audible tones and a visual alarm alert you to nearby severe weather.
Supplied with a belt clip so that you can easily keep your radio close by within easy reach. Powered by five rechargeable NiMH batteries. Batteries and charger are also included in the delivery contents.
