Portable VHF handheld radio, a reliable and powerful communication device for use on the water. Waterproof and floatable, ideal for maritime use. With an output of 3.5 W and a frequency range of 156-163.275 MHz, it delivers excellent transmission and reception performance.
The unit has long autonomy of 13 hours, making it ideal for longer trips at sea. It also features dual and triple watch functions and a 10-channel weather function (US only).
Operation is simple and user-friendly thanks to the large backlit LCD display and large backlit buttons. The radio also offers instant access to channel 16 and a programmable favourite channel.
With an IPX7 protection rating, the device is protected against submersion in water up to a depth of 1 m for 3 minutes - provided that the cap of the external microphone connector is closed.
